SHORT TERM REHABILITATION
Rehabilitation Services (physical, occupational and speech therapy) are provided to our residents through our rehabilitation team in conjunction with the rest of the interdisciplinary team. They work on development of a comprehensive rehabilitation program to help you meet your goals at your pace. Rehabilitation means reshaping lives and restoring lost abilities after an illness or injury. It means treating the whole patient; physically, emotionally, and socially, and returning them to their optimum level of function for a better quality of life.
The residents at Hanover Hall are assisted in their recovery in a home-like environment by a team of caring and highly qualified rehabilitation professionals.
RESPITE CARE
Hanover Hall offers a respite care stay program that allows caregivers to take a break and take care of themselves.
Whether your a caregiver that must travel for business or recuperate from an illness or injury, we can relieve the burden of daily care-giving through our respite care program.
WOUND CARE
At Hanover Hall, we understand how important proper wound care is for comfort and recovery. Our experienced nursing staff provides gentle, attentive care to help wounds heal quickly and prevent infection. Each treatment plan is personalized to meet the unique needs of every resident, helping them feel comfortable and supported throughout their healing journey.
SPEECH THERAPY
Our speech therapy services support residents in improving communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities. Licensed speech-language pathologists work one-on-one with residents to strengthen speech, language, voice, and memory skills, while also providing strategies for safe eating and swallowing.
