The care is excellent, and its bright, cheerful, and very clean. My aunt lived there until she was 104, and now my cousin lives there.

Some people need skilled nursing care temporarily, to recuperate after an illness or hospital stay. Others need long-term care and may live in a skilled nursing center for an extended period.

For those residents who are unable to return home, Hanover Hall provides an on-going plan of care based on the individualized care needs of each resident. Services may include specialized dementia programming, nutrition management, wound care, assistance with activities of daily living, and other supportive care depending on the individual needs of the resident. We offer support and guidance to families who are encouraged to be involved in the care needs of their loved ones.

Using trained service animals, our residents are offered emotional support through the use of interaction with a pet. The therapy dog offers emotional healing for our residents.

At Hanover Hall, we are committed to helping your loved one live a life of dignity, comfort, and safety. For residents living with Alzheimer’s or dementia, we offer enhanced security and peace of mind through our WanderGuard system. This technology allows our staff to discreetly monitor residents’ safety and respond quickly if assistance is needed, helping to prevent wandering.

Combined with compassionate care and personalized support, we strive to help each resident maintain independence and enjoy the highest possible quality of life.

Knowing that a loved one is suffering from a debilitating illness or possibly even nearing the end of their life, it is often very difficult to deal with mentally, physically and spiritually. The staff at Hanover Hall combines knowledge and empathy to help manage a patient’s symptoms and make the patient as comfortable as possible. Educating and comforting the family is also part of end of life care services provided by our staff.
