Hanover Hall is a dually licensed/certified Medicare and Medicaid skilled nursing facility serving residents with a variety of short-term rehabilitation or long-term nursing care needs. We contract with most insurances and assist families and residents with the medical assistance process when needed.
We provide employment to over 200 individuals from the greater Hanover Community. Many of these employees have worked here for five years or longer which allows our staff and residents to form long term relationships supporting a person-centered approach to care.
Hanover Hall received the distinguished Malcolm Baldridge Bronze Award from the American Health Care Association in 2018 and most recently the Silver Award in 2020. Both awards exemplify a dedication to positively impacting quality care.

At Hanover Hall, we believe that quality of life goes hand in hand with meaningful engagement and connection. Our residents enjoy a variety of events and activities throughout the year designed to foster community, joy, and creativity. From festive holiday parties and birthday or anniversary celebrations to outdoor picnics and seasonal gatherings, there’s always something to look forward to.
